The practice is built on a simple observation: a jewelry business is five businesses pretending to be one — product, process, profit, digital, and positioning — and most consulting voices speak only one of those languages. We exist to read all five at the same number.

The principles below sit upstream of any single methodology. They are how every engagement is scoped, run, and finished — and they are the reason clients return for the next problem.

Sourcing decisions are inventory decisions are finance decisions. Engagements scope across the seams from the start — and the partners coordinate so the client doesn't have to.

Every engagement begins with a fixed-scope diagnostic — no commitment beyond. We earn the right to the longer relationship by being useful in the first cycle.

Where multiple clients sit in adjacent categories we maintain hard information walls — and decline engagements where the conflict cannot be honestly managed.

Mutual NDAs before any sensitive data is exchanged. Documents, supplier names, and financial data stay with the engagement; nothing leaves the practice.

Every deliverable is something a team member uses without us in the room. The system has to operate after we step back — that's how we know it worked.

An arc through the jewelry industry — not a CV. Each line is an experience that informs how the practice works today; specifics are kept general for client confidentiality.

Early career
Manufacturing operations — bench-side roles in Thai jewelry manufacturing across casting, finishing, and setting. The first language learned was the language of the production floor.
Mid career
Cost accounting & finance — moved into financial roles at multi-hundred-bench operations. Built the cost-accounting models that became the foundation of the firm's later finance practice.
Retail engagements
US & TV-shopping retail — sustained engagements with major US retailers and TV-shopping networks. Learned what large retail buyers actually look for — and what they politely ignore.
Digital expansion
E-commerce & systems — led ERP implementations, e-commerce platform rollouts, and inventory-system consolidations for jewelry operations spanning DTC, marketplace, and wholesale.
2020s
Brand & AI integration — added brand strategy and AI-integration capability to the practice. The growth partner joins; the firm formalizes its integrated-advisory positioning.
